Hi, I'm Sharise Parviz - actress, dancer, producer, fitness and nutrition enthusiast, and home schooling mother of three. BALANCING ACT was created in order to meet the requests I've had to share my secrets on how I manage to balance work and home schooling my kids all while staying fit and eating healthy. I call it "BALANCING ACT" because we all know that life is about balancing and sometimes God help us, just holding on.
First a disclaimer: I am a terrible typist and when I get on a roll, perfect punctuation and grammar goes out the window(though I will try to hit spell check from time to time.) But, if you can overlook the typos and put value in sincerity, honesty, and words from the heart; well, you have come to the right place.

your doctor. However, what I can offer you is tips and knowledge that helped me through the obstacles in my life and put me on the path of healing and hope.
So, welcome to BALANCING ACT. I hope through it I can inspire and encourage you to be as healthy as possible (and as I pray over my kids) from head to toe: inside and out;in body, mind, soul, and spirit ( I know a little obsessive, but hey, I like to cover all my bases.)
Each month I will give you advice and tips that I would give when consulting with a client one on one. Each month will build upon the previous, so you will have manageable steps you can take to achieve a healthier, fitter self.
