5) NOURISHING THE SOUL
Finally don't forget you have an inner self that may need some pampering. In order for me to not get too wrapped up in how I look (which is very easy in the business I'm in,) I commit to spending daily time on my spiritual self. For me, that is reading my Bible and spending time in prayer. Dancing is also very releasing for me as is sometimes just hopping in my car, turning up the music and driving for hours. For you, it could be yoga, meditation, writing or any other creative hobby. Whatever it is doesn't matter. Just find that place that feeds your soul and slows down the world around you (even if it's just for a little while.)
Wow! I loaded you down with a lot of info, Again, don't get overwhelmed. Take it slowly adding in one new change each day, week or month. Remember, to truly change, you must think of running a marathon not a sprint. You also need to put the "shoulda, coulda, wouldas" behind you and allow yourself this brand new start. No looking back now. And remember, we don't have to be perfect to make progress. We just have to do the best we can.

Until next month,
