Expectations of Group Coaching: In a group coaching session, you will be working alongside others as you learn and apply coaching strategies. For one-on-one, personalized care, I recommend my Private VIP coaching

Confidentiality Agreement: To build a safe and trusting environment, confidentiality is a must. Anything that is shared by members in the group is to stay private within the group. This confidentiality does not supersede the law and must never cover up a current or future threat to the health or well-being of another person.
