How do you stay motivated and on track with your dance training?
I’m a list maker, so scheduling is my jam. Every Sunday night, I map out my training for the week ahead. Setting weekly goals gives me focus, keeps me moving forward, and lets me track my progress. It eliminates guesswork and excuses, saving time and mental energy.
This is my 9th week back in dance training after a 4-year break. Seeing progress fuels my drive. Week 1, I struggled with an hour daily; now I’m hitting 6 hours and back on pointe for 2 weeks.
