We are Fearless. We are Feminine. We are Female.

Looking back at my old website—15 years ago, or so—when I first launched my health and wellness coaching, I realized my passion for helping others liberate their health and lives has always been in my blood—a true calling, one of my greatest purposes in life.

Those memories flood back: my kiddos were young, I was a homeschooling mom, just trying to figure things out (not that I’ve got it all sorted now, but I’m a tad wiser). It’s good to pause and reflect.

Good to Look Back

Sometimes, we get so tangled in the daily grind that we lose sight of why we do what we do. Whether you’re knee-deep in chaos, frustration, or even apathy, take a moment to look back. What sparked your passion, your drive? If it no longer fits your life, that’s okay—there’s no shame in changing course. I’ve pivoted plenty of times myself. But maybe reconnecting with your why will reignite the fire to keep pushing forward.

Reflecting also shows how far we’ve come, how we’ve grown. I’m not the same woman I was back then, yet I honor her—she led me to who I am today. And who I am now will guide me to who I’ll become. As I stroll down memory lane, I’m sharing this with you, hoping it sparks your own reflection.

We Are Fierce

We are Fearless. Feminine. Female.—and oh, are we fierce! Fierce about our faith, our families, and our freedom. We’re not victims of our past or circumstances, nor are we just survivors. We are victors in life!

No matter our age, we are valuable, beautiful, and talented. We never stop dreaming because as long as we’re breathing, there’s a plan for our lives, and we won’t quit until it’s fulfilled. We’re passionate—lovers and fighters, strong yet gentle, tender yet tough. We can roar when needed but love with unwavering loyalty.

We don’t sit idle. We defend the weak, help the helpless, and fearlessly stand for what’s right, even if we’re the only ones standing. We’re smart, loving, capable, and self-sufficient—encouragers, motivators, and protectors. We’re mothers, wives, girlfriends, sisters, and daughters, embracing our femininity without sacrificing success or compromising for love or appreciation.

And yes, we love our men! We cherish them, knowing they make us better women as we make them better men. They’re our warriors, we’re their ladies, fighting side by side. Sure, we can open our own doors, but we’d rather they do it for us with a wink.

Welcome

I’m Sharise Parviz—owner of Studio Sharise Creative & Performing Arts Academy and partner at Mariposa Productions. I’m an actress, dancer, teacher, producer, fitness trainer, and nutritional coach, plus a wife and homeschooling mom of three (well, two now, as my oldest has flown the nest—sniff sniff).

I created Fearless. Feminine. Female. to inspire women of all ages to live passionately, awaken lost dreams, or chase new ones. My mission is to help you achieve the health and well-being you deserve, empowering every role you play—mom, partner, sister, dreamer.

From the Heart

A quick disclaimer: I’m a terrible typist, and when I’m on a roll, perfect punctuation and grammar take a backseat (I’ll hit spell check when I can). But if you value sincerity, honesty—words straight from the heart, you’re in the right place.

A Bigger Purpose

Beyond tips for weight loss and fitness, there’s a deeper mission here: equipping you to take personal responsibility for your health. Obesity is skyrocketing—even in kids! So are cancer, diabetes, heart disease, ADHD, and autism. Having faced my own health crisis, I know how brutal serious illness can be. I also know our health outcomes hinge on our choices.

But isn’t that our doctor’s job? Once upon a time, we leaned on doctors to dictate our wellness. With today’s lightning-fast doctor visits, can we really expect them to cover all our health needs? Don’t get me wrong—I see both a conventional doctor and a naturopath—but it’s unrealistic to hand them full responsibility. Doctors treat problems; prevention is on us.

And the government? Some think it should control our health choices. But what kind of “choice” is that? If we need laws to dictate what we eat, that’s a sad state of affairs. Do you want bureaucrats deciding what you can or cannot eat—and how much? Not me! That’s a mama’s job, not Uncle Sam’s.

It comes down to us if we want a healthier future for ourselves and our kids. That’s why Fearless. Feminine. Female. exists—to guide and cheer you on toward complete health and well-being.

Welcome to the Family!

So, welcome, warriors! I’m here to help you become your very best. At Fearless. Feminine. Female., you’ll find health, fitness, and wellness tips, plus nutrition advice, recipes, my personal favorites, home-keeping hacks, and heartfelt articles—all aimed at making you a healthy, whole, and fierce woman.

If you’re new to self-care and feel guilty about it, let me say gently: Get over it! By stepping out in faith to get healthy, you’ll gain the strength to fulfill your life’s plan, and everyone around you will benefit. What an unstoppable force for good you’ll be!

Never Too Young, Never Too Old, Never Too Late

No matter your age, health, fitness level, or past, you’re welcome here. Every day is a fresh start—don’t dwell on past “failures.” God calls us to redeem the time, as He urges in Ephesians 5:16, “making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil.” Time is a precious gift from God, and lingering on yesterday’s missteps is like tossing His gift away. Instead, seize today to redeem it—for God’s glory, for your own fierce heart, and for the family you love. Start now, woman, and let each moment shine with purpose! Be thankful for new beginnings and start your journey today toward a more authentic you. You’ll find hope, encouragement, and support here.

And as I pray over my kids, may God bless and protect you– from head to toe, inside and out, in body, mind, soul, and spirit (I know a little obsessive, but hey, I like to cover all my bases.)–I pray for you. Let’s walk this road together, fierce and fearless.
