Here are recommended resources and links that will be helpful on your Wise & Wild Way/GAPS Protocol journey. - The Complete Cooking Techniques for the GAPS Diet, 2nd Edition This cookbook was written by ‘the GAPS Chef’, Monica Corrado and is the go-to GAPS Cooking bible.
- GAPS, Stage by Stage, With Recipes This is a wonderful book for additional recipes once you have the basics down.
- Nourishing Traditions Once you transition off the GAPS diet, NT is considered the sister diet to GAPS – the way to eat to maintain health and wellness for life.
- Cookware: Here are some options for you to choose from based on budget and preference.

- Instant Pot: Very handy in the kitchen for making stocks. Make sure to get a glass lid.
- Water Filter Find the right size for you.
- Juicers: Here are two options depending on your budget. I have had clients happy with both.
- Fermenting Tools
- Mason jars ( with 2-part lid) for fermenting/culturing can easily be found at your local Walmart or grocery store. Get a variety of sizes: pint, quart, and half gallon.
- Fermenting Heating Mat or Heat Pad: Great for yogurts and keeping ferments at a consistent temp.
- Sauerkraut pounder
- Airlock System: Keeps air out of your ferments and helps prevent overspill.
- Food Resources:
- Find a WAPF Chapter leader in your area for a list of farmers where you can find your meat, eggs, and raw milk.
- Realmilk.Com To find additional raw milk vendors.
- Azure Standard Is a great option to find Organic, Non-GMO groceries, household, and personal care items
- Find Real Food Is a great app (by WAPF) to help you find quality products at the grocery store.
- Epic: For quality animal fats.
- Culture For Health: Starters for culturing/fermenting (great for making your first batches of probiotic foods, especially kefir).

- Environmental Working Group Rates the toxicity levels in food, personal, and household products. A great resource when looking for products to use.
